The safest and most predictable option for non-continental destinations.
Note:
Gowns may arrive wrinkled from transit. This is normal for bridal shipping. A professional steaming service is recommended before your event.

SIZING SUPPORT
Bridal sizing is not the same as everyday clothing.
Most brides wear 1 to 2 sizes up from their retail size (sometimes 2 to 3 sizes up for fuller bust or hip shapes).
Fit Consultation - $50
A personalized sizing review with a certified master bridal stylist including:
- Measurement review
- Designer fit guidance
- Alteration expectations
- Best-size recommendation
Your $50 consult fee becomes a store credit if you purchase within 14 days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We are a small, female-founded bridal business offering deeply discounted designer pieces, many of which are new with tags or one-of-a-kind. Because of the nature of bridalwear and our pricing model:
All sales are final.
This applies to:
- Wedding gowns
- Little White Dresses (LWDs)
- Jackets and apparel
- Accessories
- Personalized, made-to-order, or embellished items
- Sale or clearance items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Fit or sizing
- Event cancellation or postponement
- Change of mind
- Color, texture, or expectation differences
- Minor sample-level wear disclosed in the listing
Most gowns are NWT or excellent-condition boutique samples. Light wear (loose threads, small snags, minimal dust at the hem) is normal for sample gowns and not considered damage.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a major undisclosed flaw, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos (packaging, item, issue).
We will resolve it promptly.

- Most ready-to-ship gowns ship within 2 to 4 business days
- Apparel and accessories requiring embroidery or embellishment follow production timelines on each product page
- Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
